Job description
Job Purpose:
The service engineer will carry out service and technical activities in the repair hub.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems, security networks and mobile phones.
- Provide technical support service to the customers who have technical difficulties within their device and software.
- Performed all levels of preventive maintenance services as per vendor procedure.
- Provide 1 hr TAT for walk in repair service.
- Maintain a record of all tools and test equipment’s utilized and ensure their availability by accurate checks and ensure their accuracy as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Preparing job orders and service report
- Provide quotation for Out of warranty repair.
- System updates on the repair activity / claims
- Complies with company code of conduct and vendor service operating procedure.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience on the same field
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Good communication skills: effective interaction with vendors and all levels of employees throughout the corporation.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and changing priorities.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
